The two-story and ranch-style homes are finished in durable Hardi-plank siding with brick accents available. Ranging from 1,400 to 2,300 square feet, the three-bedroom homes feature large family rooms and fireplaces and master on the main level or front porches on some plans. The all-electric homes are certified by the Jackson EMC Right Choice program, so buyers can be sure their homes will be comfortable and economical for years to come.
Residents of Vineyard Gate will have easy access to the beauty of the North Georgia Mountains. To visit Vineyard Gate from Atlanta, take I-85 North to Highway 53 (Exit 129). Turn left on 53, crossing back over I-85. Take the first right on Chardonnay Trace. Follow Chardonnay Trace straight through The Vineyards (an existing neighborhood) to the entrance of Vineyard Gate.
