The listings found in these Atlanta area communities in these counties were the two new models under construction in Vineyard Gate. To attain CPHB certification, Richport Properties met a variety of criteria, including having at least three years of home building experience, offering an approved limited warranty and mandatory binding arbitration, maintaining appropriate insurance coverage, and providing a total of 14 references from homeowners, trade contractors, suppliers and financial institutions. CPHB’s also complete 16 hours of continuing education each year to maintain certification.
To get to Vineyard Gate travel north on I-85 to exit 129 (Highway 53). Turn left, crossing back over I-85. Take the first right on Chardonnay Trace. Pass through an older subdivision to the Vineyard Gate entrance.
