Richport Properties' Stonecypher community has experienced quite a change this summer. Located in Gwinnett County, Stonecypher recently opened Phase III, adding a swimming pool, 76 single-family homes and townhomes and a new model home showcasing a townhome floor plan. The newest phase is the largest at Stonecypher and offers homes priced from the $190,000s.

The newest phase at Stonecypher will offer Craftsman-style homes with covered front porches and an array of great floor plans. There are 13 different single-family plans to choose from with the options of three bedrooms and two and one-half baths to three bedrooms and three and one-half baths. Homes feature recessed can lighting in the kitchen and first floor hallway; double crown molding in the dining room; 42-inch kitchen cabinets; and a marble finished shower, tile floor and trey ceilings in the master bath. Many floor plans also offer a bonus room.
The townhomes in Phase III feature double crown molding in the dining room; 36-inch kitchen cabinets; recessed can lighting and marble finished showers in the master bath. There are five floor plans to choose from which offer two bedrooms and two and one-half baths or three bedrooms and two and one-half baths. All of the townhomes and single family homes also offer a two-car garage with a garage door opener.
Interested homebuyers are encouraged to tour the newest model townhome at the community which features the Auburn floor plan with three bedrooms and two and one-half baths. In addition to the pool that just opened in the new phase, there are sidewalks that connect the homes and create an easy walk to PlayTown Suwanee and other Old Town Suwanee amenities, as well as a nature trail and six acres of natural conservation space.
