Richport Properties is pleased to announce that construction is underway at its newest Norcross community, New Rockbridge. Located just minutes from I-85 off of Jimmy Carter Road, New Rockbridge will feature 68 town homes priced from the mid $190,000s to the low $200,000s.

With a deep understanding of Richport Properties' products, Carly Butts is leading the construction team at New Rockbridge. Butts got involved in home building about four years ago, and has served as finishing manager, warranty technician, and warranty coordinator for Richport Properties. She has been building at Avington in South Forsyth where houses range in price from the $250,000s to $325,000s. A special feature she likes to incorporate in her homes is to vent the range out of the house.
When complete, New Rockbridge will offer 11 town homes with one car garages, at 1,700 square feet, and 57 two-car garage town homes, at just under 2,000 square feet. Of the floor plans to choose from, one will offer two master suites, making it ideal for a roommate situation, and all other plans will be three bedrooms with two and one-half baths. All homes will have some hardwoods on the first floor, security systems, and garage door openers. The exterior of the homes will feature attractive low maintenance front combinations of brick, stone and cement siding. Throughout the community, there are several greenspaces, as well as sidewalks and streetlights.
New Rockbridge is located behind Rockbridge Elementary School, and children in the community will attend New Rockbridge, Lilburn Middle and Meadowcreek High schools.
