For Aimee Highfield, Betty Anderson and their families the choice to purchases new homes in Gwinnett County's popular Stonecypher community was an easy one. Stonecypher is a traditional development neighborhood located adjacent to Old Town Suwanee with homes priced from the $190,000s.
"We searched through several communities in this area to find the right home for us," said Aimee Highfield. Aimee moved with her husband from North Carolina in December 2005 to purchase their very first home. They purchased a Hampton plan, which features three bedrooms, two and one-half baths with a basement.
Betty Anderson, her husband and three teenagers moved from another community in Suwanee one year ago to downsize to a home that requires less upkeep and maintenance.

"We spend a lot of time at the library, the girls can walk to their part-time jobs and the whole family loves being able to walk to the restaurants in Old Town Suwanee for dinner."
