Richport Properties served as one of the primary sponsor of Suwanee's Arts in the Park, a June 3 event that invited residents to come to Town Center Park and enjoy the arts. Always the hands-on building experts, Richport Properties staff members were on-site to help children decorate their own birdhouses.
"Participating in the Arts in the Park last year allowed us an opportunity to get to know the people of Suwanee while at the same time supporting their community," said Lee Williams, Vice President of Communities Development and Marketing for Richport Properties. "Our motto says that we’re 'Building a Better World Together,' and whether we're participating in community-oriented activities, helping children or building homes for birds or people, that's what we enjoy doing."
At the event, Richport Properties unveiled a rendering of the streetscape at Stonecypher, its traditional neighborhood development (TND) located adjacent to Old Town Suwanee and within walking distance to Town Center Park. Priced from the $220,000s, the community features a mix of single-family and townhomes.
"Stonecypher offers the opportunity for residents to live in a true neighborhood," continued Williams. "This community is reminiscent of bygone eras when residents were connected to one another rather than separated by suburban sprawl. At Stonecypher, Craftsman-style cluster homes feature covered front porches where owners and guests can visit on cool evenings. The community features a 6-acre natural conservation area donated to the Gwinnett Open Land Trust by Richport Properties.
