One of only two local real estate agents may be on their way to an all-expense paid weekend trip to Napa Valley, Calif., and more local agents could be in the running for the trip too. The agents were entered for the drawing through an incentive program offered by Richport Homes. Under the incentive, agents who sell two or more homes in Richport Properties communities are entered into the drawing for an all-expense paid weekend trip to Napa Valley, Calif., but the fun and rewards don't end there. The incentive program also includes gifts such as home-cooked meal services and spa packages for agents. Your Home Superstore agent Rick Bradberry has closed two homes in Vineyard Gate, a conservation community in Braselton. He said selling homes in this community is easy, and the incentive program is an added bonus. "Beyond the incentive program, Vineyard Gate offers the best value of homes in this area," Bradberry said. "For the quality of homes they?re getting, this is the best value homebuyers can find. For anybody looking in this area, I always take them to see this community first." Vineyard Gate offers 21 preserved acres of greenspace, and homes in this community range from 1,400 to 2,300 square feet and are priced from the low $130,000s. RE/MAX Around Atlanta agent Sarah Godleski has sold two homes in Stonecypher under the incentive program, and like Bradberry is registered for the Napa Valley trip drawing. She said agents always enjoy incentives, but homes sell easily at communities such as Stonecypher. "Stonecypher is unique because it offers a lifestyle for people who are tired of their big houses and are looking for an easier place to care for without moving into a retirement community," Godleski said.
The incentive plan is offered to reward agents who work hard to sell homes in Richport communities, said Debra Spivey, director of sales and marketing for Richport Properties. "Right now the odds are very good for these two agents! I'd like to see some more agents get in the competition!" When an agent writes a new contract on a Richport home, they will receive a "Better Ride" in the form of a $25 gas card and, when the deal closes, agents will earn a $50 car detailing from Carnett's. After closing on a second Richport home, agents will enjoy "Better Eats" with meals prepared for them in their homes by Taylored Tastes. At this point, their names will be entered into the drawing for an all-expense paid weekend in Napa Valley, Calif. After the third closing and all consecutive closings, agents will receive a gift certificate from the Spa at Chateau Elan for a day of pampering and will once again have their names entered into the drawing for the trip. In September, one winning agent "Better Pack" for the fabulous trip to Napa Valley.
